First of all, I want to say that this was not the first time that I had a negative impression.I came for a certain collagen after selecting it from all the options on the pharmacy website. So I knew what I want.sellers impose dr. Max products . after I nevertheless explained that I need the collagen for which I came Payment from my card was not accepted twice. but with my card everything was fine, because I paid for it with collagen in another pharmacy in 10 minutes. There were 2 options: either there was a bug in the pharmacy for accepting my card, or the seller did it on purpose. in both cases, you took my time and the time of the people who stood behind me in line.

Very good experience. They were really helpful and able to give good advice with supplements, as well as skin products. Would definitely recommend!

Picking something from eshop. Counter says eshop lady standing doing nothing ( sorry texting on her phone with friend) I ask if I can pick up eshop order answer- no answer just points to the prescription line? Absolutely no care in the world. Then walks behind curtain so she can answer her private call. Bravo service none! me never going back priceless

Quite a choice of products and usually friendly staff

Long queues, it’s always super busy. Always someone standing at the door staring at everyone. At least open the door for people??They try their hardest to speak English and help as much as they can.

Variety of products. They understand English! Useful as I got sick during holidays and needed some medication.

Couldn't find the pharmacy for the life of me. There's like 3 pharmacies in close proximity to each other for some reason, otherwise pretty good customer service

Reasons to go there are not always positive, but at least you get it done quickly as it is in the center. You can also pick up eshop orders here, and spend FlexiPasses here.

Very good pharmacy and service by staff trying to make an effort not only by speaking English but also recommending 'the right thing'.
