The installations are definitely good. A separate discussion should be made for management and the personal in reception. As I have seen in other comments, and as I have been able to know from other guests, I was not the only one who had problems with a blonde lady in reception who seems to do everything possible to prevent people from going to the wellness anymore. Having been a regular customer, I sent a letter to management a few weeks ago. It seems that the managment did not consider necessary to reply. Because of a single inadequate but protected person, the whole structure loses out. Now I go there much less often (1/10): I think I'll look for a more welcoming pool and wellness. Too bad, too bad.
