Very happy that I found this amazing veterinary clinic here in Prague. Staff is very nice, friendly and highly professional. Clinic it self is very well equipped and clean.I have to give one special thank to one of their doctors Tana Madarova, who really has amazing approach and helped my 12 yo Bichon BIBI who was diagnosed with kannel cough and heart issues. Tana is every skilled and her sensitive approach towards us during this hard times made everything better! ❤️Thanks so much PremiumVet for having her as a part of your amazing staff!Romana&Bibi

1500blood test for operation,and 3500 czk for procedure. Procedure was ok,my cat is ok, you need to wait longer then it was agreed

Went to this clinic as it seemed it has almost all positive reviews and it was close by. I needed a vaccine for my cat, so I booked an appointment at 15:00. Left the clinic at 15:50 after 50 minutes of waiting — completely unacceptable waiting time and with no communication from reception about the delay, so I would recommend other nearby clinics (Fenix) to anyone who values their time.

This veterinarian is not far from flora. They are located in between flora and olšanka namesti. I take my cats here for their check ups. The vets are very nice and calming. They are great at handling animals. They do have vets that speak English if you don’t know Czech, but beware the receptionist usually don’t. They will usually call you back with an English speaking vet whenever they are available. The costs are mid range. They’re open throughout the day and sometimes on weekends! It’s a plus.

My dog was sick during our travel to Prague and had pain at back legs. After the doctor checked him (very professional and caring) puppy had stress and tiredness from walking, he received an injection and resting schedule . Now he is so much better. Thank you Premium Vet, strongly recommend this clinic!

Super amazing care, professional staff, you can make a reservation online too. Whenever I had a problem, always found help here. I have my cat insured by PetExpert from ČSOB, which is accepted here. Just make sure you call ahead in case of emergency, because some days they are fully booked and busy and they wouldn't be able to help you, that is my recommendation. But for emergencies there are always plenty other places not too far either you can go to instead.

I took my cat with kidney failure to this Premium Vet at Jicinska for blood and biochemistry test to track his status. The doctor was kind and attentive but she cut my cat's skin when she was shaving the fur to collect the blood sample.And I asked to send the test result to my email and this is what I got. There are no information or index about minerals and liver nor the SAA test I specifically asked for. It is shame that the service is inattentive overall.
