Půjčena Škoda Citigo r. v. 2014. Auto bylo v dobrém stavu a čisté, provoz byl bez závad. Cena byla velmi dobrá, jedna z nejnižších na trhu. Osobní přístup byl vstřícný a spolehlivý.Službu půjčovny použiji znovu.

I want to warn everyone to rent a car in this agency. They are imposters! They told me that the car is insured 100% with exeption of the wheels. As we had thickness in the family I was driving only a little, At the return they took me into the office and after a while a man came saying that three wheels were damaged. The damages were small (aprx 1-2 cm) scratches on the hubcaps of three wheels. A hubcap for this type of car costs aprx 800 CZK which I did not know. They charged me 2000 CZK plus IVA for each one, in total the same cost as the rental for one week, I was stupid enough to pay.....If you for any reason would rent from this company, do following:;- take detailed pictures of all wheels upon arrival- check even with your´fingers that there is no hidden damage- upon return do not leave the car unattended until everything is settled- take pictures of all wheelsI do not know if this will help as I am sure they will find some other way to cheat you. The best way is not to rent from them!

Požadovaný vůz zrovna nebyl k dispozici, ale nabídka dalších dvou variant mi vyhovovala. Rychlá a kvalitní služba.
