Vodafone Czech Republic a. s.

This is the worst telecom operator I have ever dealt with. I left the Czech Republic and requested the cancellation of my contract, but they keep ignoring my requests and sending me bills. It seems like legal action may be necessary to resolve this issue.

I would recommend Devon in this shop… such a nice person who really know how to deal with customers and provide the best service..

Dealing with workers here is a catastrophe. Unbelievably rude and unhelping.Moreover Vodafone itself is a bad operator, always trying to make more money on customers as possible. I've changed my operator to T-Mobile and I'm really happy about it.

Worst customer experience Ive ever had in my life.The grumpy guy seems to be hating his job and everyone coming in. He did not want to help with anything. Very unpleasant experience

I would not recommend going to this store, although vodafone's customer service is basically unsatisfactory. I went to purchase a limited sim card and was told that I had to go to the online store to buy it.I didn't see that anywhere on their website, so I went to Vodafone in I.P. Pavlová and the nice male clerk gladly brought me the sim card I was looking for.There is at least one man in this store who is either a liar or unprofessional.

Store representative Ondrej Zikmund has ruined my experience at this location and at Vodafone forever. He has taken responsibility for sending my claim (for which Vodafone has scammed me out of 12,000 CZK), and he did not do so. He now is not responding to any communication. Lied to me, is not able to do his job, and cannot take responsibility. Unprofessional and poor customer service. Terrible.

The worst service of all profitable companies I saw. Only thing worse that I saw in Prague is Foreign Police.In Vodafone if you ask for something slightly more complex than I want to buy a SIM card" they don't know what to do. If you literally come on the next day they will give you a different answer to the same question. They don't provide with any confirmation of what they do and if they cancel something you cannot prove that they cancelled something in the past.I would give 0/5

It's over 6 years that I and my girlfriend are with Vodafone. My girlfriend's account has some issue, so yesterday(05.04.2023) at around 17:30, I refereed to Vodafone office in václavské náměstí.There were 2 personnels over there apparently had issue with my race and instead of helping me, started speaking about me together in Czech language, while showing bad gestures and teasing reactions to me. I refereed to another one, asking for the manager of the office, but this one started using F. words and showing his middle finger to me in frond of the other clients (everything should be recorded by the security cameras and can be checked).Even the first person tried to attacked me physically, when I went out of the office and I was on the walk-side. There was a policeman who stopped him attacking me.This is a big shame for Vodafone to recruit such people for their support team.I really wonder if there is a kind of supervision how their support team react with their clients!?

The worst customer service. The lady sitting there is so rude. I wanted a SIM card and she just handed over me so rudely and went somewhere else without dealing with me completely. I wasn't finished and she left me. I wanted to insert sim card in my mobile and I wanted her to give me pin to open a slot of my mobile but she didn't listen and went away. She was completely unhelpful.
