Store is small and has no enough stock.I get the product which has been displayed.I asked a new model but the staff said there is not a new stock, and it is the only one. I asked how long it has been displayed, I got an answer that it is only outside for one night. But when I look into the detail there was some scratch, and it definitely doesnt look like only one day out. The worst thing is that when I visit the store again in an hour to pick up what I bought, they put the same model on display :(Service is really bad.

Very nice experience! The sales of the store are very nice and professional. I sent my luggage there for repair twice the the past two years, and I had a very good experience with their service. So I bought a new one from this shop again.

I have purpose to buying carrier, no one was interested me.Seriously?What on earth?Even there is on customer except me.I didn’t wear invisible cloak.I was there, just there.I do not expect a lot. Just say hello or eye contact.That’s all i want.The other come to store (maybe Chinese > catch up by language)All staffs pay attention to them.So sorry about this things easily happened around world.Please let open the door no matter where we come from

5-year warranty is a joke: We own three Rimowa cases. One of the joints was getting loose after two and a half years of moderate use. Rimowa took 6 weeks to figure out that it will be 113 Euros to fix this. So maybe get them for the looks but not for the quality.... Rudi.

Can’t thank enough the amazing staff of Rimowa Prague shop, the locks on my suitcase got stuck and they not only helped me open it, but also replaced the locks with new ones and also noticed the wheels on my suitcase needed cleaning. They were all super helpful and friendly, excellent customer service!
