Nice small showroom of popular online store. Very great location, just on the main circle road around city. There are around 10 parking spots, usually at your disposal. I really like the option to get lots of stuff directly on spot. Stuff like USB drives, print supplies, some cosmetics. All listed directly in the app. I shall not forget helpful staff, even in rush hours they are nice and chatty.

Online shop. Pros: good open hours, friendly staff, interesting range of products, old products collection. Cons: price has hidden additional delivery cost, no free WiFi in the place, no kiosks with access to online catalogue.

Very painful process getting a VAT tax free form completed. Alza personnel should be properly trained in how to do this. Took a couple visits and many hours of emails and back and forth to get this completed. Pathetic for such a large company.

This showroom of Alza e-shop is in good location with it's own parking lot, staff is extremely helpful and nice, i shop in Alza for years and never had slightest issue. No problems with returns/warranty either, everything is always solved quickly and efficiently. Waiting times may get long during certain hours, use app if you are in hurry.

Handy pick up place for online bought products, quite Quick and friendly service. Just the parking can be tricky- very small place. However, it's possible to park in the shopping area across the road.
