Christmas shop PRAHA

Loved this little cozy shops at the steps from the Castle. You can see the quality compare to other souvenior stores. I couldnt resist and bought a few. Can’t wait for Xmas to out them on the tree!

Nice products but awful attitude towards customers.As soon as you touch anything, the shopkeeper is on your case. Which would be not too bad if ornaments were not unnecessarily mixed together in baskets (forcing you to dig), and if there were plenty of shop assistants (there was only one). I witnessed the shop keeper being very rude to certain customers.To top it off, there is a sign saying that when you buy 3 items, the fourth is free on all decorations, but at check out it turned out to apply to all decorations on one side of the shop (which was not specified anywhere), and they refused to honour it.

This shop is amazing!the quality of ornaments is top notch. I only wanted to buy a few but ended up buying close to 30. The worker, she was so so nice and even took me to another room with EVEN MORE BEAUTIFUL ornaments. Love this place for the staff, the price, and the quality. If you don’t go here when in Prague you’re missing out!Does the shoppe ship? Would love to chat with someone that works there on WhatsApp

My daughter and I visited this store last week as I am a huge fan of Czech hand crafted Christmas Decorations. I have been collecting them for years but they are challenging to find in Canada.The moment we walked in we knew we were in the right place. We were looking for traditional Czech figures and designs rather than touristy ones.The wonderful lady helping us was absolutely lovely and helped us find many unique pieces. The quality is superior to any decorations I have seen in the other stores and she helped us wrap each pieces with the utmost of care.I am happy to report that the 2 full carry on bags with all decorations arrived safely in Winnipeg last night and I cannot wait to put up the tree again.Thank you so much and we look to adding to our collection again. It would be great to have the option to order on line.

I had been looking so much forward to this visit, but the second we (Me and my family) entered the shop we didn´t feel welcome at all. The lady who worked there sighed and looked at us like she just wanted us to leave. I got so nervous being in there that I lost an ornament which of course broke and then the lady was all over me pointing at the price. Of course I paid for the ornament I broke and I cleaned up after myself, but now she just made dark noises and it made me leave. I will never go back. I absolutely love christmas and ornaments all year round, but this place isn´t worth it. The rest of my day my eyes filled with tears everytime I was reminded of the experience.

Delightful, quality, unique ornaments for incredibly affordable prices. Very kind staff. If you buy 3 ornaments the 4th is free!

It said it was open Walked from old town and it was shut.

Had been looking forward to seeing this shop but wasn't impressed by anything. All of the Prague ornaments looked cheap and not well painted. Shop is very small and not many selections. Walked out without getting anything.

Lovely little shop with so much variety! Found the most perfect bauble, shame i smashed up while putting it on the tree
