Very fast service and nice approachable employees:)

After more than one year using, I've lost 4012 EUR after they introduced an IBAN that don't work. Even with SWIFT confirmation they couldn't tell what the problem was and insisted don't have the money.It sucks!

You can not trust these people! Customer service does not respond even after 2 weeks?! Hey, after 14 days no reply - unacceptable!

Highly incompetent staff. Such a waste of time and energy. I would NEVER recommend this service.

Loaded 300€ from Moneypolo account to Moneypolo Visa card, over 18 days ago. Never arrived, support unresponsive and closing tickets without answers.Think they might have lost their banking license. Very scammy!

This company is a scam, they pose to have a lot of security measures so you will think they are legit, first I registered and concluded all verification, made deposit to my moneypolo account, finished all sms verification. Then when I tried to purchase a virtual card I was informed the service has been suspended, then I tried to withdraw my money out from my account, but they wouldn't send me sms with the authentication code to complete the transfer. But when I want to sign into my account I receive authentication sms quickly, but when you want to withdraw your funds, you don't get sms. So your money is locked in their platform. I sent message to support no reply, I called no response. I advise everyone to stay away from their to avoid trouble and losing of funds.

My migration of the okpay wallet to moneypolo wallet took longer than they promised, but I waited. My money and documents came to a new wallet, my verification was restored after I fill out a finance questionary. I consult in the chat support on the monepolo website, I'm in the process of studying their website. nice support
