i bought lightning cabel and it got broke after few days only , weird but it can happen..but how surprisly was reply from the guy from the shop it is my fault and they couldn't accept my complaint".. haha what a service..never ever again :)"

Bought a phone case and screen protector for the new iphone. They charged me 1200czk for a screen protector and it did not fit. The cutout for the camera was not aligned. They then glued another protector, same issue. Then another one, same issue.Then they brought out a cheaper one, gave me back 600 czk and glued that on. It held for few weeks and now is ungluing on top and bottom.For this amount of money it’s ridiculous. I wanted to come back to have it replaced but it says it’s closed now.

Good selection of items but expensive compared to e-shops. However thst does not bother me, having only 1 staff in the shop while it is full does. Waited 20 mins, then had to leave.

Phone number does not work and there is no email listed. Apple has them as recommended repairers, but not possible to make an appointment........informs us to contact istyle directly to make a booking. A Kafka joke perhaps?

Today we went here to buy a case for an IPad 6 gen. Manager in the store recommended the case which, as he said, would work with 6/7 and 8 IPads, so we bought it. When we got home and tried the case on, we saw that it’s bigger than the iPad itself.We had to get back to the store to give the case back and change it for a proper one or receive money back. But store employee’s answer was that it’s not possible to give it back and get a refund (why?), the only option is to choose something else from the product range in store. Also manager did not acknowledge the mistake he made while selling the wrong case. Looked like stores employees just used the fact that we don’t speak Czech to fool us.Very bad experience, not recommended.

I’d give zero stars if that was an option. This was the worst service I have ever experienced in a brick-and-mortar shop - surprising given the competition from online retailers. There was a total lack of information accompanied by a real unwillingness to help (even when making a sale). I left feeling unsure of my purchase but just eager to get away. If you’re after Apple products, there are enough other options that you can avoid this shop pretty easily. My advice is to do so.
