NEVER BUY PRODUCTS HERE!!! I am already bussy for over 3 months to get my money back. I cancelled my order within a week after i ordered online. I have asked multiple times for my refund. They have answered in multiple emails to me where they promise to pay my money back (over €700). But they don't pay it.... I only get excuses.SCAMMERS!!

I was happy to find the product I needed on their site and on stock and since they advertised fast delivery I ordered without checking the background of this site. After the payment by CC, i received a mail saying they did not receive the money and pointed me to pay again via bank transfer. I replyed sending the proof of payment and asked them to check again since my card was billed. No answer to this day and no way to contact the seller. I was not surprised to see all the terrible reviews on Trustpilot.So is it a scam or bad management? I don't know but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Scammers !!! I ordered in 20.06.2020 some goods, 160 eur aprox. They sent me a part of it (worth ~30) after 2 weeks. One item, ~134 eur, advertised as 'in stock in europe' was never available and they did not refund the money to this day (17.08) despite countless emails and assurances from them that I will receive my money.

I ordered one time and everything was ok. I got what i wanted atleast after 2 weeks. I ordered a second time an item which Was in stock. After i got an Email where they told me that it is actually not in stock and i should wait for weeks or choose another one. So i did. But after this they never replied. Its 3 weeks now and i still have no money and no product. DONT BUY THERE!!!

SCAM, Don't buy here!More than 1,5 months ago I order an article for over 650 euros and supposedly there was stock of it (actually the webpage still says there is stock (5 units) of it when actually there aren't).Then they said the article was in another warehouse. (another lie)Then they said 1-3 working days for delivery (another lie).Now they are saying that they are waiting from the supplier and the supplier cannot give them a delivery date.I just cancel the order but after looking the opinions here I'm afraid I won't even get my money back.

Very slow, took 2 weeks to dispatch my order from the warehouse even all products were in stock.. However once dispatched it arrived quickly.One tip.. Don't buy the black/white poly, it's so thin that it's almost transparent even under normal house lights

I ordered 3 lumatek zeus 600 pro lights at the price of 949 € with pre order 1 month ago and after all this waiting time I received only one. I wrote to them that I am suing them and that I will do anyway, the only answer was that my order contains 3 lights. yes the order contains 3 lights and I received only one. I asked them for money or products, again they don't seem to answer. I also called them send mail

I ordered a product that was marked as 'in stock'. After ordering I got a notification that it is in fact not in stock and asked me if I wanted a different product instead. I asked them to cancel my order since I wanted this specific thing.Note that they answered my emails immediately BEFORE I asked them to cancel my order. After two more mails and 12 days later I get notified that my order has been shipped!After I received the package (I got the items somwhere else in the meantime) I contacted customer-service again, after another week, still no answer.Not even a notice of any kind, just don't buy there!

Bought 30 days ago. Cant reach them anymore. No refund, no products. I emailed Rapid Led, the brand I bought and they said they are in no way affiliated with Ledgrowshop scammers and recommended me to report it. During this 30 days I have also already talked with more people who have same situation with them and we will report to police, after all its been 30 days since i ordered and they cant even reply a email.
