I used this gym as a support gym during my stay in the region. One day entrance very accessible.Great place. Equipped with everything you need to do your workout, if you know what you are doing.The only thing I missed were pads to use the barbell for squats. But that is not extreme necessary.They have a small bar at the entrance for those who would like to have a coffee or snack before/after the training.

Very helpful staff...l like the old heavy weights. Really old-school and gave me a nostalgic moment. Will be back anytime I'm close by and it's gym time.

Probably the best gym in Prague. Very clean and convenient, but also compact. Showers and lockers are nice and so is the staff. Ready for every workout.

One of the coolest gyms I’ve trained in. About €5 (250 Czk) for a day pass, which is very reasonable with plenty of supplements and snacks on offer at reception. Some really cool machinery and old school dumbbells, gave me vibes of Dorian Yates old gym.

Excellent gym if you are on holidays and you want to train.Daily price is cheap and the localisation is perfect.The machines are old school but very good.The bars are a bit old and hard to train with.No sunlight in the gym.

Very small retro gym with basic free weights and benches. Whole area is pretty hot (not sure if it's because of solarium here) so cannot imagine how comfortable during summer. For a visitor it's just acceptable for a quick pump with very reasonable day rate - 99 czk but not as a full-time member. Staff looks friendly and helpful.

We stayed in Prague for one month and this gym was perfect. It offers all the equipment you need, plus locker rooms (lock provided) and showers. The equipment is old but it is well maintained (as we noticed during the month we were here). The people that run place and the people that workout here are super cool. We don’t speak Czech but most people spoke a little English- enough to get by and feel a good sense of camaraderie. Love this place! Good prices for daily/monthly.

Fun little old school gym to train on vacation. Only 120kr for a day pass and all the stuff you would expect at a bodybuilding/strength facility. Very friendly owner and not very crowded.

Small, but perfect, gym with sufficient machines for a good work out.They have special daily tariffs (120 Kč ~ 5 €) perfect of you are a tourist like me that wants to keep it up during your holidays. The tariff includes all access to the gym + a pad lock for the lockers.It is distributed in two levels. The top one holding the cardio machines, the open weights area, the bench press. The second has all the other standard multifunction weights.

Got there for a single session. Nice gym, old fashioned, not crowded in the evening, not so expensive
