There are very attractive adverts on their Web page, but none of them is avaliable. When you go there, they say we sold that car, sorry that car too, yes that car too... just a cheap way to make you go there...

We called there to check some specific car options and they said they had two matches. So they offered to take us to their store (we have no car) and we mentioned we have a baby. They suggested to bring our own car seat. So far so good, we were very impressed by the offer since we hadn't committed to buy anything.First problem: the receptionist said the car would arrive to us within the hour" and it took almost 90 min. Very satisfied with the level of support and attention. Marking 4 stars as I believe more English speaking personnel would hugely decrease the waiting time at the branch for non-Czech speakers.

this company act in very unprofessional way with foreign people. first of all, they let you wait for 4 hours to make a deal. basically they let you wait till 10 PM. so you are ready to sign everything to go back home. I tested a car, and the guy keep the hood open for the entire test drive. so the noises didn't give me chance to hear the engine. they told me the car was perfect. so I signed with my company name, (they asked me to sign for an insurance too and I did) then I went home and I read the agreement, they wrote that the car was basically dead and engine broken and I was ok with it. so I went there the day after and I changed car. this time I signed without insurance. then, they send me car documents at home, even if I request to delivery them in office, so I was able to pay for the registration in office. so I received car docs and I went to register myself. then, they start to send me SMS asking me to go there to register the car with their service or they were ready to call a lawyer and bring me on trial. so I called and I said that I already did it myself and I asked not to send me such sms with false accusations. they said ok

They check your car, then give you a price offer (my case 115,000 CZK), then ask you to bring your spare winter wheels, spare key. When you do it, they invite you to the office to sign the selling contract. Before you do it they suddenly say the car is not in that good state (in my case they suspect the odometer is rolled back) and say they can still buy it, but just for 80,000 CZK. And they rely you'll sell it, because you already spent a lot of time. Avoid them, if you don't want to waste your time.

Really bad service overall, fake promises, slow service, worst attitude towards non Czech speakers and to finish it all they will come up with a million excuses to not follow the advertised discounts on their website, seriously if you want a car and you don’t speak czech save yourself a bitter experience with this people and buy your car somewhere else

It was such a disappointing experience for me. I was interested in few cars and contacted them. I told them that I have temporary residency due to my employment. They informed me that one of the car that I am interested in was available in Prague, and it is possible to arrange the installment for the payment for short period of time. Based on this information, we arranged an appointment to see it. Unfortunately, when I arrived there, they informed me that it had been reserved by someone else and they were not able to show it in detail (test drive etc.). They told us that we can check some other cars and we found another one (we did test drive etc.) We were interested in for discussing about further steps. After that we have been informed that it was not possible for them to arrange any kind of installment (Not even a year etc.) We were quite unhappy when we were leaving since we could not see the car that we were interested in at the beginning and have been informed that they cannot even arrange any kind of installment for us because we have temporary residency here even though we have unlimited working contract. After an hour later, the customer service called me how it went and we just learnt that the car that they did not allow us to see was reserved for us actually and there was a misunderstanding between customer service and the employee working there. The whole day was a complete nonsense. I definitely do not recommend this service unless you have other options.

Dear Mr Michal, Mr Vavrich and Mr Ross and AutoEsaWe are having a conversation with you since a month about this topic and each of you many times on minutes of phone conversations acknowledged how right we are on asking you to do your job right.You are selling an X5 car promoting extra set of wheels to be used with the exact same car but you are giving something useless which cannot be used for that car and you think this is allright? Depending on the handover details that we didn't understand and never thought if it would be for some other car because it is ridiculous and you think this is fair?So when you buy a table from iIkea and the extra arrangements come out of box are for chair you wil be ok with that? Wow!None of you are expert to understand what wheels they were at first glance and of course neither we, and is that our fault to trust yourselves and not understand you are fooling us with some useless wheels?The conflict yourselves are having between each other is horrible. Mr Ross said they checked situation and his manager approved to provide correct set of wheels in a few days and after 10 days of not hearing back from him and many calls i made now you are telling me that you are no gonna do what you promised?The people that i contacted and promised for solution like Mr Ross and Vavrich never got back to me which i think is because they must be ashamed.I thought Auto Esa is a big company and as expats in Prague we can trust you instead of buying our car from some other individuals. This was a huge disappointment and a lesson.Selling maybe hundreds of cars each week and being so poor not to be able to provide the correct wheels you promised for at least for good customer service is miserable. If only we knew how bad our experience will be with yourselves.. So make sure i will let anyone i can reach before they do any shopping with you to know in advance what their experience can be like. Hundreds of people that i work together already know.By indicating the statements above to make yourselves legally comfortable may not let your conscience be so.This is ridiculous! Shame on you!

The test drive staff were good. The admin staff are quick and efficient. After purchase care is a bit time consuming, very impersonal and can do with some improvements. Thankfully I purchased a good car with minimal issues.
