Excellent service. I got exactly, what I had paid for, quickly and without complications. Easy to book a time. Hanka at the office is a star! Not only did she answer my email (which was in Czech) in perfect English, she also entertained me and served me coffee, while my tires were changed. I'll definitely be back!

Been there 2 times, for interior cleaning and tires change + diagnostic. The customer service and the work was done on very high level and for reasonable price, I was using Slevomat vouchers. It's very hard to find good car shop in Prague where you will not be obstructed and overpriced and that's the place where I will of course return. Thank you guys!

Dostal jsem poukaz na čištění auta a na samotné vyčištění si nemůžu stěžovat. Horší bylo, že přes ubezpečování, že můžu dorazit od sedmi ráno, přišel pán až v 8:10, aniž by se dalo komukoliv dovolat.

Dishonest business-I paid for air-conditioning complete service with disinfection and topping of air-conditioning fluid…. I have had this done many times and it’s an hour job….they finished in 15 minutes and charged me 2,400kc. They are dishonest and clearly did not do the work they I paid for. They simply filled it and handed it back to without cleaning and disinfecting the system. I know it was 15 minutes because I made a call as soon as I dropped it off and they had me hang up the call to pay—-15 minutes!!!
