I can warmly recommend. I had specific things cleaned there - a functional and down jacket - perfect. We also use them to wash towels/blankest for our company sauna and all great.

I came to really appreciate the service when there was a mix-up of orders, and my order got delayed by a few days (which, btw, never happened before). The company's representative was very responsive, honest about what has happened and kindly offered to do the cleaning for free. Honestly, if every customer service in Prague was like this, the world would be a much better place :)Totally recommend!

I'm a regular user of this service, and it's excellent. There is a box in the lobby of my building, and it's so convenient to drop off and pick up right on the way to my desk. The website and payment portal are easy and always working perfectly, especially on mobile. The cost is reasonable, and the clothing always comes back clean and professional. I have even used the tailoring to fix some rips and holes in my sweaters, which was done very well. Highly recommended!

Skvělá služba. Rychlost i výborný servis. Pro člověka, který je zaneprázdněn a nemá čas chodit někam do čistírny, je to skvělá volba. Ušetří to čas, obleky a další textil je dobře vyčistěný a vy máte nad celým procesem digitální kontrolu v aplikaci nebo sms zprávách. Doporučuji.

I've been to Prague 4 times in the past year for business and travel. As there is a box in the lobby of our building it's super convenient and easy to use. Excellent service and value as compared to using a laundry service provided by hoteliers. The Laundry Box has always provided great customer service and on time returns.

100% recommend this service! Make sure you add comments if you want to be a bit more mindful about your clothes though, even though I regularly use it, the service once used parfume for my jacket that stayed on it for more than a year, which was annoying.
