I live across the street for many years. I go in once every 3 months to test if they are still scammers.....yes if they think you are a tourist they charge 2-3x more on alcohol. Even cigarettes they charge more than what is written on the tax stamp on the pack itself. Notice nothing has prices written....this is on purpose so they can charge whatever they want. Water they try to charge 5-6x the normal price. When I told them I live here they magically charged less....f these guys!!!!!!
