7 days open? NOT. I came hiking to Janov. After 33 km's I had hoped that I would get some food. There we're some people drinking beer on the terras, but all locals. Couldn't even get a beer. Nothing else open. Avoid Janov if you want to do something in the evening. Google maps says there are a lot of restaurants but all closed. Terrible experience.
