Starbucks Palladium is one of the best in Prague. Dennis the manager is just great, friendly and welcoming (unlike so many others, unfortunately).

This was my first time at Starbucks and I really wanted to try it because everyone was hyping it up on social media. I really liked it, especially the frappuccino was really good. The shop is also located in the center of the mall with a couple of seating occasionally a small waiting line. Even though the mall is typically a bit loud, it wasn't the case nearby the shop so you can still have a chat while enjoying your coffee easily.

As Starbucks service goes, it's quite bad .Not busy, and yet service was so slow.Staff were not helpful, and many drinks left on the counter not collected.

Standard Starbucks branch, the service was good and friendly, although It wasn't cheap, at least the coffee here was very good.

Good service. Loved the matcha latte, definitely a must try! The New York cheesecake was also tasty; a bit heavy tho.
