It's not my first time here since I visit Brno every month in the past year and a half, but this time was very dissatisfied. I brought some colleagues with me, was 20:10 we ordered after 5 mins, staff was unfriendly and seem to be in a rush after getting our salads we asked if they have oil or extra sauce even if we have to pay, and they were like NOOO we don't.. so salad was dried with minimum sauce or olive oil or whatever...for sure, last time I'm coming here, people should be more helpful, is not that complicated, after all it's a ridiculous prices for a simple salad. Never ever again!!!

I had a very good and very bad experience with food from this chain, so I'd grade it as average. What I can say they make tasty salads and soups, especially the Farmer's salad is delicious. However the special seasonal food like curry I ordered was a disaster. I was so disappointed to see what they served in front of me..it looked nothing like advertised photo. I refused it and asked to change it for something else. The staff was very kind and understanding, which is why I give 3 stars ✨ There's still a space for improvement but I'll come back for the soups again :)

I used to visit UGO a lot, mainly as it was a healthy to start the day. Unfortunately, the unhealthy attitude of the staff towards it's customers has meant, I have now crossed UGO off my list of places to go Thank you for making my morning get off to a bad start.

Gnocchi tasted good, but they were a bit undercooked. The salad with grilled vegetables did not have any special taste. I like the exterior and interior of the restaurant, it looks really representative on the main Brno square.

Went in not knowing what to expect, was extremely surprised! The staff were super friendly and really helped us as we don't speak the language. We both got soup, one spinach and one pumpkin, they were delicious! I got a mushroom quiche , and a coffee, which was really nice. The girlfriend got a veggie wrap and a smoothie aswell! Everything was delicious! It all cost 371czk or the equivalent of €14! There is a slide in the restaurant aswell, bringing you from upstairs to downstairs! My inner child really wanted to go on it and I regret not doing it! Food and service top notch and strongly recommend!

I had never ever eaten a bowl of salad as a meal untill I went this place. Very fresh and delicious soups and salads. Quite satisfying. If you are not a salad person, try UGO and it will change your thoughts.

Order process ok, whole place behind the counter looked very messy. Coffee machine out of order. Ok for a quick stop but not very inviting.

Went in without any expectations. The girl behind the bar was friendly and I was quickly explained what could be ordered. Food was tasty, seemed fresh enough. The smoothie was really delicious, and done on the spot.Locale was clean and with a great view over the square. Reasonable prices.

A good healthy fast-food restaurant chain offering lots of fruit and vegetable fresh juices, smoothies, salads and wraps, also warm soup and small warm meals. The food is very good and fresh, the staff are friendly and efficient, the restaurants have a seating area and are kid friendly. It's ideal to stop for a snack or healthy lunch. They offer a club loyalty membership card and some discounts from time to time.
