For somebody with little or no experience in the insurance business it should be greatly appreciated this fact, but indeed, for others it may seem to be a little aggressive. However, once you settle the option you want to go with, they are really professionals and even if they may find other offers they'd like to present to you, if you ask them not to contact you with other offers, they never call you again for it and personally I appreciate this.Just for the people whom feel offended by the aggressive marketing"

Very unprofessional, dirty marketing tactics. Unwanted calls stating that they have contract with your phone number in the contract for insurance, once you confirm this is not possible, they try to lure you into one. Whole marketing based on scam. Also on several Czech sites you can find reviews from other people who had the same experience.

I just spoke with Jiri (George) over the phone and he offered me great explanation and my request was resolved in no time at all. Great customer service, by all standards!
