Great services, usually little waiting time. They even offer free coffee at the branch to make your wait more pleasing. The coffee is quite good! The staff was always happy to help, but when picking up your order you don't need to interact at all. You pay at the self service pay box and collect your order when prompted to. Great traffic availability via metro, trams and buses. Not sure about parking, but for car pickup I always chose the Holešovice branch instead.

Alza is one of my favorite stores for electronics. This local branch/pickup point is fast, efficient and has good free coffee.

Great service and selection, i appreciate the convience and fast delivery as well as having one of the best return procedure. Unfortunately many items are overpriced and the sales are mostly made artificially by inflating the prices.

Alza History : In 1994, the company founder Aleš Zavoral acquired his trade license for commercial activity. In the spring 1998, the company’s first website was created, although it did not yet serve as an e-commerce site. In the summer of 1998, Alzasoft rented out a small store on Dělnická street in Prague, Czech Republic. In 2000, it moved to a bigger space on Jateční street in Prague. That’s when its website also became an e-commerce store

Wide spread sortiment od products, lots of pickup places, partially automated expedition to customers, but charged transfer to another pickup place, than Central seems to me not really fair. Also advertisements with green alien are annoying. But in the end, it is still one of the best e-shops.

Don't pay extra to deliver to Alza in Dejvice. You will be faster taking the tram to the Alza HQ. The service is extra ordinary slow. There was literally 20 people in the line waiting last time I went there. The two people at the cashier were extremely slow and basically spent 10+ min per costumer. If you just want to pick up your goods you will have to wait. I buy a lot of Alza goods for my work. This has been happening at least 5 times in this particular shop. Avoid and don't waste your money.
