Úrazová nemocnice

To the guy who met me on Sunday evening 18.06 in the urgent dental care ward.You and the assistant immediately seemed worried and empathic when I came in with an extremely intense pain and a very swollen face, barely able to talk. You had to pry my infected mouth open which was one of the most intense pains I have felt in my life, before sending me and my parter of to the campus hospital. The inflammation was cut open and drained there (also one of the most intense pains I have felt), but they were short and intense pains, and they were needed.I never got the chance to say thank you properly, I know it's your job, but that doesn't make the genuine care you both showed and gave me any less meaningful. I managed to swallow liquids for the first time yesterday evening and I haven't felt much pain since Monday, my strength is slowly returning, too.So again, thank you.

Emergency? Its a joke!!!We arrived with our 18months old son with urgent need of care (he fell and was bleeding) and there were 25 people waiting before us. (Yes in dental emergency). Queue was moving slower than turtle. Tried to spoke with the Nurse and she literally yelled. Not speaking the language is fine but such careless behaviour is really a shame.There are no systems, no reception, nobody to help, just take a ticket and keep on waiting. If you lucky you might get in.Eventually we had to get out of there without receiving treatment for our son.Absolute disaster!

We arrived to the hospital at midnight. At the gate met a terribly unpleasant bratnik" who did not want to explain to us how to get into the locked hospital. The first nurse who attended us told us off for coming this late. We were the only patients in the place and still were kept waiting for a very long time. If the hospital is open to help those in acute pain

Everything fine for me. Young polite doctors and very clean equipment. X-ray also very new and modern. I think bad reviews are for hospital BEFORE RECONSTRUCTION!

Dental emergency: perfect experience during all 3 visitsRegular emergency: mostly tragic

Good emergency dental service, quick and the dentist spoke excellent English. The 90 kc tax can be paid by card. The doctor forgot to give me the prescription but that was solved quickly with a phone call.

I went with my girlfriend with a broken leg. After deciding to put it in gypsum, the doctor gave her treatment: massages with Voltaren and cold compresses for the first 3 weeks during the gypsum. He wrote her no painkillers!!! Of course the parking is always full, and when we went to control with scheduled reservation" we still had to take an order number and wait like everybody else. I had to drop her in front of the hospital

Emergency ambulance!!Dr. Tomáš Pink helped me a lot after a car accident. Very friendly and professional. He speaks perfect German, English and CZ.

I never thought I would encounter discrimination almost in the centre of Europe. People in this place don't care about you at all. They don't like their business. Even a small salary can't justify their absolutely beastly treatment of people.The rudeness. Arrogance. Absolute unwillingness to help you. Be prepared for that.

Just ask if they speak English and watch the discrimination start -from insults or obscene language and yelling just the fact your not Czech is sufficient to get threaten or even physically assaulted(medieval time nurses that see you as a inconvenience and not as a human )not sure if under payed overworked or understaffed but the way they help is rushed rude violent and somehow still takes hoursam hoping the doctors are decent but the overall experience makes me wish a was rather a victim in a horror movie (feels like a better choice)it doesn't mater how the patient is calm or aggressive etc there is no excuse for what they did or how they actedDear nurse if a patient cant stand (x-ray cat scan )since he is bleeding and has a concussion yelling at him and being violent is not OK its not that he doesn't want to obey your commands is that he cant or is not able - all you want is for the patient to be goneps. 2 years ago went to the emergency dentist as wellthe nurse started to push me out the office as soon as a mentioned English when a refused for 10 min then a got helpedand yes it was a messy job with tooth fragments remaining so avoid unless you don't have a choice
