UPS was delivering my package from Amazon DE. They didn’t let me know that the delivery was coming and didn’t even try to contact me. They just stated that I wasn’t home and get my package in UPS point.totally untrustworthy company !!!!

How is it that a delivery company accepts a parcel for delivery from a sender and then tells the recipient that the address is incorrect. What level of incompetence does UPS have to demonstrate before it does us all a favour and goes bankrupt and disappears from plaguing it's customers with its incompetence. If a Supplier ever admits that it uses UPS for its deliveries I will refuse to buy from them.

Probably the worst delivery service in Czech Republic for these reasons:1. Something so simple as getting you contact details from Amazon is like building a rocket for them. It is too hard. So, when the time comes to deliver your package, they don't have your phone and can't contact you.2. They come to people houses at the most random time without notice. Look, I work from 9:00 to 18:00. I won't be at home between these times so why do you come at 10:15 WITHOUT informing me first? If you informed me beforehand, something could be arranged.3. Even when you arrange with them a specifc time (after they missed you once or twice because they don't have your number and/or they come to your house when you are not at home) they do not follow it. They mention that they will be at your place between 12 and 14.... so why do you come at 10:15?Terrible. If I could give negative stars I would. How can they think this is OK?

Tôi gửi hàng với dịch vụ của UPS.Nhân viên đến nhận hàng và không đưa bất cứ giấy nhận hàng.Và hàng của tôi bị thất lạc.Khi tôi hỏi UPS thì họ nói họ chưa nhận hàng của tôi.Tôi cho họ xem camera có ngày giờ nhân viên UPS nhận hàng,thì họ lại yêu câu trong camera phải nhìn thấy rõ số bưu kiện (?) Và hàng của tôi đã thất lạc không rõ tung tích.Sẽ không bao giờ với dịch vụ tồi tệ này nữa

Služby UPS jsou jako loterie, nikdy předem nevíte, jestli danou věc doručí a kdy. Doručování balíku z Německa: Informace v aplikaci absolutně neodpovídají realitě. 3x proveden pokus o doručení (nikdo se mě nesnažil kontaktovat, resp. 1x prozvonění z cizího čísla tak 2sec. Podruhé jsem číslo i zvedl a nikdo neodpovídal, potřetí žadný hovor). Doručení nešlo přeplánovat. Následně 14 dní informace, že balík se vrací odesílateli. Takže jsem produkt mezitím objednal jinde. Nakonec zčistajasna bez předchozí informace produkt doručen velmi nepříjemným kurýrem, jen díky náhodě, že zrovna byla žena doma.

Zkuste se jim vyhnout. To, že nedoručí zásilku z Německa a dají ji někam na vyzvednutí, aniž vám dají vědět, dělají systematicky a schválně. Ověřil jsem to na více zásilkách a mám vysvětlení, proč to tak je. V rámci jejich procesů a GDPR si mezi zeměmi nepředají telefonní číslo a email. Kurýr pak nemá kam zavolat a schválně nepřijede a lživě reportuje, že se pokusil zásilku dodat. Dělají to fakt schválně a systematicky. Když pak voláte na call centrum, řeknou, že není jak to řešit a kam si stěžovat. Hanba jim!

Can't find a way to get my parcel. They are saying that they tried to deliver once, but I never got a notification by email, text message, call or any possible way. Tnever know if you will receive your parcel. I am he website information are not getting updated in time and you callinlg to the office and every emplyee is giving me different information. I call at 4 o'clock, to ask from where I can go take my parcel mysef. She told me your parcel is still on the car so there's no need to come take it yourself it will be delivered today. I find the driver randomly in the corner of my apartment (he had come for another delivery), I ask do you have a parcel for this" adress and he says no. I call back to the office and they tell me yes

Nejhorší dopravce v ČR, bohužel velká část zahraničních e-shopů nepoužívá jinou dopravu. Nedají vědět předem, uživatelská podpora zákazníky neřeší a pracovníci jsou jen spratci, kterým se nechce pracovat.
