If there is a zero star I would award it to this place. Customer service does not exist. Extremely rude staff,I don't know how this shop survive. I visited 3 years ago and I had the same attitude but at that time I was alone and I know how to answer back. This time I just left the store. May be she does not like English speaking tourist. If you don't like your job just change it or sell the shop if you are the owner. This is the worst reviews I have ever given in the past 6 years.

One of the coolest knife shops I have been in. There are so many things I want from this store. Great selection of very nice products. Awesome lady who runs this shop.

Very very rude service, I don't recommend anybody to visit. Extremely rude staff, the young woman screamed at my parents that only wanted to buy at their store, made them runaway, and they don't know what they even done! They only looked at the items! Absolute crazy behaviour. Tourists do not come near this place!!

Rude people, bad service. I had come to take away the order, and I was served rudly, seller shouted on me, so I can't recommend this shop.

Overpriced, but the knives are cool and stuff so if you have got money to spend go for it.

Nothing special almost only commercial brands...

Very helpful staff and some fantastic choices and offers. Prices for some items can be higher than online but you can guarantee what you get is real here.Biggest thing to get from here if you're a gentlemen is that they have high quality shaving gear and options for old school full shaving. Almost impossible to find these elsewhere these days.

Bought for 3000, but very very bad service

Really disappointed with the customer service of this store. They are very unhelpful and treat customers badly.They are rude sullen and disrespectful of their potential clients.I used to be a big fan of their as they have the best selection in Prague, but they have no idea how to serve the client and act like they are doing you a service by taking your money.Any time you want to inspect a knife more closely in their locked cases they show you how big a problem it is to get off their butts, walk three meters and unlock the case. Never mind it’s for a knife that costs 200-400 euros, they simply don’t care if they sell anything or not.I had a question for the manager and went twice to two stores to speak with him. They refused to give me a phone number and simply gave me a business card and told me to write an email to their general email address. I wrote twice and never received a response.Yes they have a big stock, but nothing you can’t get online now, and usually at a cheaper price.My recommendation is go look, decide what you like, and buy it somewhere else.
