Unreliable at best. Trains end up earlier than promised stations all the time. People are let go from the trains without further explanation.Rude staff, even for Czech standards. Don't travel with them if you have any other chance.

You would walk faster to your destination than their trains. I don't travel by these trains anymore, but when I do they are ALWAYS, seriously every single time delayed to my station and/or we end up waiting for another train , doubling the travel time. You'd say it happens just occasionally, but it's actually the vast majority.

I took this train from Budapest to Bratislava. First, the train is stinky and dirty. Second, the conductors are rude. Lastly, the restaurant personnel on top of the unorganised restaurant set up, is the rudest you could imagine. A guy who works in the kitchen went to the counter to get his phone as 3 people stood there to ask for a table thinking someone would steal his cheap phone pushed me hard to corner as he could not pass through without even saying anything. Then, I realized it is a Czech company and that guy is certainly a Czech- a rude culture! So, i warn everyone taking this train to be aware of the rudeness of the personnel of this train.

Train got 4 hours delay and all of a sudden they stopped accepting card payments in the restaurant.No food, no information, an absolute disaster. One of the ticket controller is left the train with her bag, without any explanation. Never again.

Cracovia IC 114 was the worst train experience in my life. I almost die on board of intercity going from Krakow to Prague. Hermetically enclosed carriags with malfunctional ventilation, when inside temperature was above 50. Dirty, food at floor, window not washed from previous christmas, restaurant car looks like from 1950 not cleaning. Train staff was creating drama with fictional AC, which need to be restarted. I should expect this in Bangladesh or Mongolia, but not at 100 EUR international train in 21 century. Toe down !! I will never in my life use CD anymore.

Our best rail trip so far.We had an end to end 7 hour trip on 276 EuroCity METROPOLITAN in 1st class and everything went great!The service is great, the food is delicious and they serve good portions.Thank you for an outstanding and quality service!

Take Flixbus or something else, don't bother with this company if you're going across the border of the Czech Republic.Booked a train from Prague hl.n. station to Regensburg Hbf. on Thursday 21 October 2021 at 15:43. Line in question is Ex 352 Západní express.Train left the station with a 20 min delay. By the time we reached Plzeň, train was already 55 minutes late. Official reason was too much wind". 10-15 minutes before crossing into Germany

Train from Berlin to Prague. The train itself and the ride was comfortable. However, we booked first class tickets and there was nothing first class about it. Lots of noisy students, people with children, aisles filled with luggage by Young travelers. I am pretty sure that not everyone had first class tickets and the conductor did not care. The website promises attendants, taking food orders from the seats. Not even a bottle of water was given, which I had to crawl through luggage to go purchase for 3 euros (of course only cash is accepted), for which I got a bottle that was marked “not for sale”(?)

Indian style rail company (I am giving 1 star, bacause normally for this experience you have to travel far far away) Train Berliner from Prague to Berlin. I ordered seat with the table where I can normally work and have a lunch in restaurant wagon. I got a seat without table and no restaurant in the train. On my question that I paid for different service than what I got they answer me: You can be happy that you a have a place to sit.

Despite the overall low rating, I have only good things to say about the company. Yes, trains have delays, it’s not perfect. But for a National company of affordable train connections, they are doing well. The inspectors always polite and helpful.
