Their massage is good but they need to improve the customer service.I faced a problem with diamond spa and Thai Sun spa, however, there were two girls in the reception one of them was very nice but the other one was very rude! she was yelling at me without trying to understand my side of the story!! After I explained to her she said sorry and walked!! (she didn’t even apologize decently!)This is not acceptable behavior to treat your customer!Any business in the world works very hard on the customer experience and satisfaction!

I didn't like it at all! the girl at the reception is rude and does not know her own prices! Tried to write me a check for the wrong amount three times! Manicure is disgusting, polish slipped off after 20 minutes! The massage was pleasant, but not at all what I expected. pressed painfully even after I asked not to do it! I absolutely do not recommend this salon!

Both my partner and I went for massages following completing over 80,000 steps in 5 days. Even got a back massage too. Price was a little punchy, but enjoyable all the same.

I´m very pleased with the massage, I was for the first time at the place for a massage and I can recommend it. There is a beautiful, pleasant quiet place to relax with lovely music and scent. The service stuff was great! If I have the chance, I'd like to go back there.

Didn’t need to book we just turned up and super grateful both me and my fiancé were able to both have an hour treatment each. We were in separate rooms which was fine but would have been nice together.Fantastic staff and amazing massages all round! Highly recommend.

Just received a massage here. Was very normal. I didn't see any specific proficiency or techniques. I expected rooms to be more beautiful and better scented. I chose this place due to relatively top ranked in Google and was not regret however wouldn't come here again nor recommend it to others.

I bought a package massage ticket. And I booked it for relaxing Christmas day.But they sent me an E-mail two days before christmas that they cancel my appointment because they don’t have so many customer on the day.What a surprise the way managing the shop!I planned my Christmas day….It is really not good experience.
