Friendly non-pushy service. A rather fast procedure to leave my car for a check-up (pre-arranged visit time), close to trams 16 and 25 last stop (Lehovec). One problem was trying to arrange that my wife would pick up the car (not an issue per se) and that her phone should get the calls about it (nope, i brought the car - so i will be called at work or commute about details).

Amazing service. We received fantastic and fast help with the broken rear door lock of our VW Golf. The garage was very willing to help and did their outermost best to repair our car as fast as possible during our holidays and completed the repair within 1 day. Thank you

Every time i come for an appointment, i have to wait to be attended despite the fact few vendors seems to be available...30mn to drop the car for sevice is too long!

Worst service in the world. They tricked me with repairs not covered by insurance and called lawyers while refusing to discuss. no english for service shop and revision price higher than other dealersPS: there was no problem with co-payments, this is just a lie and of course problem was solved if I paid everything, evem if I shouldn't, not to hear anymore from thieves and not spend time and money in courts

Awesome service and very nice staff. We had a small breakdown on the way to an airport and they have helped us resolve the issue very quickly so we could continue our travel safely and timely. Highly recommend.
