McDonald's
The McDonald’s restaurant is fine, recently reconstructed. It’s a bit more difficult to access it from other side than the highway. There is terrible littering around the restaurant (visually large portion of it is plastic cups, straws and bags from McD), which I’ve never seen around McDonald’s restaurant and is probably due to the terrible way how people have to park around it.

Never had such an excellent experience as I did at this Mac'D's. It was actually some of the friendliest, nicest service I have had anywhere. My background is 22 years hospitality/tourism industry which is why I feel the need to write about it. The young lady who I think was the floor manager was great. Good job! With that attitude you can change the poor reputation we see too often in Czech...

This is like the worst McDonald's in the republic. Somebody should get these people a dictionary, because they clearly don't know the meaning of 'fast'. The prices are also messed up, the price the cash registers display is 100x greater than it should be. It's just the displays though, they charge you correctly.

Management hiring non Czech speaking Ukrainians is a disgrace to customer service, which this restaurant now has zero of. Skip it.

Food was correct, corresponding to McDonald's standards. If you want ice in your drink you must ask. But this place can be very busy. There is only one toilet that no-one would clean in this overloaded place.
