They were great - I highly recommend. I was trying to find a car last minute on a Monday. The first place I called was horrible - rude, and wanted a huge cash deposit. I then called Renorent and dealt with Tomas throughout. He said they could find a car for me and would also come to my hotel to pick me up. He got to the hotel faster than I expected and so had to wait while I checked out - he was incredibly patient and kind throughout. We drove back to the office, got the car and all the admin went very smoothly - everything explained for differences in Czech driving vs US etc... He gave me his personal phone number and offered to help us if we returned the car after closing time or if anything else came up. The car was great - good condition, drove well, no worries. We got back before closing but without filling the gas tank - he drove me to get gas (!). Then, to top it off, he drove me to the rail station. Seriously, as good of service as you could want. Super nice people all around and super helpful service and made everything very easy.
