Bershka

slečna u kabinek velice neprijemna,stezuje si ze se na to nevy*ere a akorat dela neprijemnou atmosferu ani dik nebo nashle rict neumi

Uz ne jednou jsem vracel veci, no nejvic me zarazil personal. Koupil jsem si 5 tricek. A slecna na pokladni vytahovala vesaky pres limec a krasne ten limec natahla na kazdem triku. Taky kdyz jsem kupoval trika z prodejny, tak limce byly oproti trickam z eshopu v normlanem stavu. Tricka z prodejny maji vytahace limce. Meli by je naucit vytahovat vesaky z tricek bez poskozeni produktu.

My girlfriend and I Bought several pieces but I can't recommend it, quality is horrible... Coat with holes everywhere on the inside after a week and my girlfriend sweater got a hole in her sweater after wearing it two times. I rather spend a bit more at another store than having to throw away clothes within a month or two.

Bershka at Nóvy Smíchov: Horrible service. I am giving it one star because I cannot give a lower rating. The shoes I bought had broaches inserted in the laces. One of them was missing and instead I had another one doubled. I went to the shop and I asked them politely if I could get the missing one and return the one which was doubled. The salesgirl could barely understand me. Then she told me they cannot give me the missing part even though it's a factory defect. She told me to wait for the manager. I waited for a couple of minutes and another salesgirl, who was rude and couldn't even form a proper sentence in English, told me that she wasn't the manager and that they couldn't give me the missing part because they were not allowed to untie the laces!!! Really? So how do people try on shoes at Bershka? How can an International Company like Bershka employ rude people that cannot even understand a word of English?? Even their body language puts you off. It makes the customers feel awkward and uncomfortable, as if they are bothering them. I have no words to say how disappointed I am.

Staffs are nice and good place for shopping. But cashier who is tall guy is unkind and rude.

The fat guard near the entrance was very RUDE, so I stopped shopping in Bershka. They really need to re-consider the guys they hired. I don't think I will come again.

Very rude lady at the changing rooms sent a security after me because she did not notice that I left clothes on the hanger in front of her so she thought that I stole it. I understand that it is their job but it could be done it a polite manner and not accusing their clients without any apology.Bershka is my favourite shop, but I do not feel going there again after this situation anymore.

Bad service.
