Good food, fried chicken is delicious. Apple juice is normal. Beer is good. Three stars because the service. The staff has bad behaviour.

The restaurant serves traditional Czech food at an affordable price. The portions are generous and the food is cooked with care. The goulash soup and the pork knuckle are outstanding. One of the bests that you can taste in Prague. The menu is available in English. The restaurant is family friendly and it is very spacious. The waitress are very kind and helpful.

First visit to this restaurant, lovely environment even though our table felt like we were left in the walkway! The waitress was very good, engaging despite language barriers, helpful and attentive. The beer both the svelte and the dark Kozel. The menu is very ribs orientated, the menu has beef and pork options, only two chicken options, no fish option and one vegan option. Not sure if this is a restricted winter menu or the permanent limited offering. Worth another visit if only for a few beers.

If your looking for a local restaurant, where the food is nice and tasty, then you should definitely try this place. We stumble up on this restaurant on behalf of the receptionist in our hotels, she recommended this restaurant to us inorder to try some local Czech food. We started lunch with a nice cold Czech beer, which you can never resist after walking for couples of hours. I had a nice juicy homemade burger, which was really delicious. My wife had some cooked potatoes with fried cheese patties accompanied with a creamy sauce, she told me that it was awesome. The price is not too expensive, it costed us 18€ for 2 meals + 2 beers ( plus a tip of course), you can pay by card or cash. The servers were really nice and was always smiling, and they speak English of course. The restaurant is really easy to find and it also offers free WiFi.I highly recommend this restaurant.

Finally, I have experienced the saddest, limp, soggy and tasteless burger you can imagine. Looks better than it tasted. I am happy that now I know the lowest point of the scale I can evaluate on.Excellent location but the menu is boring. This restaurant used to have the best cabbage soup and really delicious Bohemian cuisine. Not anymore. You can find ribs in about dozen of other restaurants within 2 blocks of here. The adjective “Žebeerková” in the name of this restaurant is stupid - and not even appearing on-line (what a marketing!), but it is just my taste.The black Kozel beer is excellent and well served. Not enough to frequent this place, though.
