It hard to gind unpaved cyclo path but this is what you want if you are havr MTB bike.

A great place for biking. Trails 1 and 2 are even suitable for kids. Well maintained. You can even rent bikes for a day or a half day for a reasonable price. The trails are available for free but a voluntary donation is recommended. Definitely worth visiting if you come any close. We are regular visitors :-)

Perfect bikepark for both beginners and advanced riders. Plenty of fun on nicely shaped flowtrails. Full service, bike rent and good food at trailhead centre.

Perfect flow rrails even for beginners.I was worried that the place will be crowded during summer holliday but we didn't met a single person on trails on weekday.

Really great bike park for beginner/intermediate mountain biker! It's very cheap, only 50czk a day that you pay in the bistrò. The parking lot is free and big. Before you enter one of the three available trails, there is a little pump track useful for training just behind the bistrò. You have to go to the uphill by yourself but it's not long, 10/15 minutes and then you are ready to ride. The trails are in good shape and they are very fun! Awesome place, greatly reccomended!

Amazing experience, awesome trails, fun for everyone! The guys in the renting are very polite and helpful. Bikes for renting are very good and high quality bikes. Make sure to book in advance if you want to rent. If you don't want to rent make sure to contribute to their box or become a member!

The best place near Brno to enjoy quality time on well maintained single trails. Very nice base, clean bathrooms, helpful staff and nice store to buy things you've forgotten at home. Don't forget to donate some change for further maintenance. I personally recommend starting with trail #2, as it is the most favourite one here and there is less chance to catch gravel. Also it's not as much flat as #1, which is more focused on beginner families with smaller children. After the ride, sit in their spacious garden and get something good and cool to drink and eat.
