Albert

Unfortunately, I have faced an unprofessional attitude today, old lady on a cashier desk was extremely offensive, racist and rude. Looks this old lady has some mental problems, and hope that management will make actions on that.

Albert is always full of many things. This outlet is smaller in size and therefore has less variety and quantity. But you will get almost all the necessary things here.

Evening of 3.12.2022. The rudest old woman works there. She understands English and doesn't want to speak it. We asked her to give us one bottle of gin which was literally behind her (among 5-6 different types of gin) and she checked only two types and gave up looking for it and said that she doesn't want to spend time searching for it and we can go with the stuff we bought. She did the same to the other foreign girl in front of us so she definitely has something against foreigners. When I showed her where the bottle was which I looked for, she said that I was rude and she doesn't want to sell us any of the stuff we bought, like she owns the place. Albert is loosing more customers and money because of one old woman who is unhappy with her life so she's taking it out on random people. It would be better to employ younger people who can smile once in a while and want to work.

Great prices a lot cheaper than the mini markets, highly recommend.

Busy as other outlets and neatly organized as the others great place to get your day to day groceries

I'm very disappointed got food poisoning after a sandwich... Been feeling nauseous and sick I want my money back.

I have enjoyed this market for the last two months, I always find what I need and the store is easy to navigate. However today the female cashier was very rude. I explained that I didn’t understand and was sorry but she continued to wave her hands in the air upset about something and shoved my food item at me. I will not return, not even for self checkout. There is no reason to be mean or rude. I tried my best to speak in Czech. Albert you can do better by employing kinder sympathetic persons.

It’s a very good supermarket, we can get groceries, daily needs and liquor. This shop is in front of tram station so easy to go and reachable

We live nearby and we used to go to this store very often but now we avoid it as much as possible. There is a guy from the staff that follow us every time and he doesn't even try to be discrete and it is very uncomfortable.
