Škola vaření Chefparade

Course about baking pork ribs and chicken wings was much better than I expected. Everybody was preparing anything the whole time and when were the ingrediends comming together one by one, some mistakes were shown on them. There was focus on how things should be done and what to do/not to do. It was important to ask for additional things that you do not know and chef was very pleasant and entertaining by all means. I must say that I thought that I can do great ribs and wings already but many things we were told and shown pushed me to see other level. Saw many videos but to try some things with experienced chef is much more effective and can be very entertaining. There was additional focus on as I see it as Important things, mainly regarding safety for us and the tools. Nobody was commenting how precisely your lettuce is cut for example but we were teached how it should be cut properly. I was surprised and interested many times during the lesson. Chef shared many experiences and views to many different foods, methods and everything that came to discussion. Focused so nobody is lost during the cooking but gave everybody freedom to enjoy it, it was really entertaing experience with no stress. Must say that I enjoyed the atmosphere and it was fun with other attendants even if you know nobody before the lesson. We were all leaving with very good mood and were thankful for the lessons and awesome food.

The prepared food was great, master chef sometimes seemed to be bored with our jokes, but they always helped us and explained how to cook, fry or cut the best. You know, team event connected with food is always a good combination. The minus star is because of not running ventilation.

Good place to learn cooking and enjoy with friends

Not as advertised: this is not a cooking school, but a cooking demonstration. You don't get to actually cook the food. You watch a cook make the food. A cook that in our case was overly tired and not motivated at all. The market tour in winter should either cost less than in summer at least it should be clear that most stalls will be empty. There was no information shared about the market and the food for the cooking demonstration" was not even bought there.The price for this class is too much. So all in all: if you want to see someone else prepare Czech food and are not keen on preparing it yourself: by all means

This was a great experience, we had a group of 14 and were looked after really well by our chefs. We made actually quite good dishes in a great environment, encouraged and aided by the chefs. Drinks were also provided in a fun atmosphere, highly recommended

Wow! So far two courses and it was amazing and most importantly delicious! Both chefs were super helpful and I can honestly say I learned something even though I cook already. I was on a beef special and an Indian kitchen, both were amazing, it is a great gift to anyone :)

We had cooking competition on company event and it was great fun and also educative.
