Not a place where I will buy my next pair of shoes, even if asking for advice they will not provide any hints on what would be a good brand model for you, not treated as a customer at the cash desk, not the way it should be in a shop of this size, I was able to get thow a known brand at affordable price.

clothes are not sorted by gendre. the least you expect from a store is to indicate this is for men and that is for women.

They don't accept returns or exchanges of any kind. Did you get the shoes in the wrong size? Too bad you just lost all your money. Not even if you return them on the same day.Also the manager is extremely rude and unhelpful.

Olympia store is one of the worst stores in brno in terms of customer relations. Rude, inexperienced and unfriendly personnel who needs to be trained on all levels. I will never go there again.
