Grandium Hotel Prague

The hotel is wonderful with easy check in. Breakfast Buffett is like no other with a wonderful omelette bar and good service. Hotel is in a good location and beautiful. City center is a few minuets of a walk. Hotel was more than we expected and reasonably priced as well. Will return.

Showy lobby with quick and easy check in. Room size is above average for Europe. Bed is very firm but good quality. Bathroom is nice sized with black and white tile. The only drawback is the tub. It is hard to get in and out of. It really should be a walk-in shower! Breakfast buffet is good with a lot of options.

Service was nothing like a five star hotel.Got a wrong room, and when I went to change the room they gave me a room on the lowest floor with the entire window blocked with a wall. The front desk staff explicitly said all rooms have no views. This is a mediocre hotel, and unless you get a good amount of discount, choose another hotel. I feel like people in google reviews were very generous with their stars.

Very good hotel. Very good location - walking distance to majority of Prague sights, yet away from travelers' noise. Very good service, both in dining room and room attendances. Very good bed with firm, yet very comfortable mattress. Good shower. One minus is low sound isolation, but the hotel's policy of quiet time from 10pm till 7am helps. Reasonably good breakfast with a good selection of dishes for every taste. A bit of conjection at omelet station, but the ladies there work so efficiently that it doesn't create annoyance.Very good value for your money.Highly recommend to both travelers and corporate.

Absolutely stunning hotel! we loved everything about it, the Location , which is only a few minutes walk from the main street, walking distance to main attractions. Rooms are beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was absolutely great. I can’t share enough how much I’m happy with this hotel and the management, my grandmother lost her diamond ring and earrings in the room which was sent to us by mail. Big thank you for the great service!

Beautiful hotel. Staff were very helpful. The whole place was very clean and well presented.Breakfast gave you many choices from hot to cold. All tasty.Would stay there again as only a few minutes walk from Wenceslas Square.

Lovely Hotel in a great location, spotlessly clean. Stayed for our honeymoon and unfortunately nothing was complimentary to celebrate our special occasion. In fact a member of staff wanted to charge extra for milk for our room. Service and staff rather poor, not what you expect from a 5 star hotel.

Fantastic hotel, very helpful staff, central location which made everything so easily walkable. It's located one street from the main square but it was so quiet we slept with our window open every night!The only drawback I could find was the design of the bathroom door, it's a sliding glass door which provided little noise insulation (Deluxe Room).

A great hotel with a great breakfast buffet. Overall a very enjoyable stay.I will say though that it is a smaller building with small corridors and the room I had certainly was a bit of a bummer. For a 5 star hotel you’d expect a bit more comfort and luxury.It was spacious, so that was great.Location is great, close to the central station but also close to the main touristy areas of the old town with lots of restaurants and shopping options.Overall nothing to complain about, but also a bit too expensive for what it is.

You get what you pay for in the Grandium. It is very well located, and within walking distance of the city centre and of many of the cities main attractions. The excellent Prague public transport system (Metro / Tram) is also within an easy walk.The hotel is much larger than appears from outside, and as soon as you walk through to the foyer, the overall size becomes immediately evident.I was with my son (middle-aged), and we both felt that the hotel lived up to expectations in almost all respects. The overall surroundings in the lobby were bright and airy but were generally pleasant places to relax in. There was an adjoining bar area if you would like to enjoy a chat over a drink. The rooms were very pleasingly laid out and well finished.The breakfast choice was superb. It would be hard to come up with a breakfast item that was not available.Any time that I interacted with staff, they were extremely pleasant.Overall, a good experience. Happy to recommend.
