Scammers selling ticket to this boats and after is impossible to redeem!!!+

Had a dinner cruise with my wife with these guys on our honeymoon years ago. Excellent time... good food, music, and scenery. Recommend. Wasn't crowded.

It's an standard boat trip, the guide or audio is pretty much the same as the one you can hear in the tourist bus (btw that was included as part of the tourist bus).It was hard to find an space/sit on the roof but there are space in the restaurant.Restroom/toilets need maintenance, doors doesn't close so you get interrupted inside :S

Would not recommend. Paid for 1 hour river trip, waited for 20 minutes for a late group to arrive, boat went as fast as possible along river and returned within 35 minutes. No refund available. So disappointing.please go with another boat tour provider.

Got to the boat 20mins before it was meant to leave, freezing cold and wet , but the guy at the booth refused to let the customers waiting on the dock to board until 15 mins before departure. Families had arrived much earlier than us waited in the cold over half an hour , whilst you could see the crew sitting inside chatting in the warmth. Given the circumstances could have let everyone board early to get out of the rain. Poor customer service. Additionally at the end of the cruise, same staff member who checked tickets whilst boarding refused to let a customer use the toilet? And really didn’t care. Cruise was pretty and ok. Serving staff very nice. Shame the ticket guy was so rude and inconsiderate. Would not recommend this tour on that experience alone.

Awesome boat cruise, accepts visa and MasterCard for tickets, but only cash once on the boat. Great views and a quick overview of the city. Also provides a bit of history over the speaker in English. Would recommend to anyone. A

Not a lot to see the one way but going back up to Charles Bridge is great for an evening cruise

They transfer us to another boat 3 times and we did not have an idea why and where are we going . After half an hour they said us to go to a bus and we going to another boat . We was like animals. It was the valentine's day but we must seating with other people in the table. Food was awful and not well done cooked. Not any reason to book it. Only if the price is around 10 euro .We was boring in the end because the trip was 3 hours and we was 5times around the river! At least they have to inform the company that they change us a boat, as we booked the full package including the transfer. The driver was waiting us in a wrong place and then we have to wait alone outside of the boat in the darkness and in the cold. One star because I can't put lower than this!!!

Not very impressed with their service. We bought a package with 30 mins city tour. They put us in a bus with Russian speaking tourist and the guide just rushed through the tour in English and Russian and we missed most of it. Once in the boat, they offer you a drinks menu but they do not have a card machine. We were not informed by the guide in the start that we need to carry cash on us. Since the boat was not at full capacity, we were allowed to move around and take a different seat from what was assigned. Once we moved, the guide completely ignored us. The food was sub par and the dessert was laughable. Not worth the money you pay! Look for a better boat cruise, there are many
