Not able to get the refund for the product, which didn't work well. Instead they told me that I can only exchange it with something else and I ended up paying extra charge because they didn't deduct the whole price of the original product. I will never go there again.

This shop is very nice and very aesthetic. Lots of time when I'm waiting for someone in the city center I'm just walking in this shop and looking what they have. Lots of time I'm buying a stiff inside, despite of I entered without idea to buy something. You can buy everything inside, but at the end, majority of the stuff is very unnecessary and it will just lie in your house without any purpose. But sometimes you can find useful stuff here.

I try to visit this retail store when ever I find it in Europe. It is fun, not too expensive and Flying tiger 's merchandise is distinctive. Enjoy children's section for gifts that easily fix in suitcase and often are charming.

I like very much this store! Located in the city center, a big Flying Tiger store with an outstanding variety of products. Although in my country, Hungary, there are several Flying Tiger stores, I always find here in the store of Brno products I never have seen in Hungary. Very good, useful products and a beautiful store.

The store has a good collection but this review is for the extremely rude, impatient, and juvenile girl who did our billing at the checkout counter. I’ve never seen anyone that impatient that they would publicly show their annoyance and irritation for answering a question just ONCE more! We felt like we were in some slapstick sarcastic TV show because of her vile and sarcastic replies to our requests. It was like dealing with some puberty hit rebellious 13 year old angry teenager! I know I’m never going to visit this store again because of that obnoxious staff girl no matter how great the products are!
