Rented a car for 28 days, had a very pleasant experience. The car was new, no issues on checkin or checkout. Took it from the central office, the guys have good English and are very helpful.I saw the reviews about a week after I rented it, but never encountered issues that were listed, I got my deposit back after 3 days, no hidden costs etc. Overall amazing experience, recommended!

This is the worst I mean the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had in my life. Arrived to Prague airport from Italy. The flight took less than 2 Hours, but I’ve been waiting in line for this Non-sense Zero customer service rude car rental company for more than 2 and half hours just to talk to a person. By the way they only have 1 Person working there, rude and super slow. Save your time and frustration and book with another well known rental company. Please don’t cheap out and think this is a good deal,, look at the whole picture, if you want peace of mind, fast service and professionalism, go with other rental car companies. If I can give this rating 0 I would but there’s no option for it.

Overall flawless experience. We booked online 1 month and a half in advance with full payment.We picked up the car at the airport agency, a Kia Ceed Kombi with around 8 000 kilometers. We probably got upgraded, since we had booked a smaller vehicle.The agent didn't come with us to check the car, but handed us a sheet describing the car's condition.A defect on the right mirror was not showing on the sheet, so we took a photo of it straight away.Upon return, the agent checked the car, and after showing the photo, everything was okay.I got my deposit back after 3 or 4 days.

I booked in advance and prepaid, but they did not have the car. Not only did they not have a car for me, they blamed me for the situation because I booked through one of the companies they work with (Nu car rentals). But in short: I was charged for a car but did not receive one. The employee was not only unhelpful but extremely rude. I am still trying to figure out how to get my money back.

Not good service unfortunately.Rental car.They cancelled my reservation without any notices despite the fact that they deducted money from the card and the reservation was still active in their application.I found out this when I came to pick up the car.They offered me to book the same car at double price.So, I spent a lot of time there.I wouldn't recommend to use their service.

I picked my car here and returned it in Brno. The process to pick the car was pretty quick and got the car model I asked for. The deposit is high (20000 CZK) but was freed on the same day that I returned the car.

Professional staff but a rip off plus no proper response from the email support team. They gave me a car I originally saw 30 Euro less than the car I picked to rent. They blocked over 2k Euro on my card for deposit, even though the contract said 1600Euro. They sent me a fine charge of over 250Euro but no proofs of why fine charges. Left my glasses but no response to where my glasses are. Rip off and very bad customer service. Stay away.

Cheap but… the person at the office doesn’t give you much information, seems doesn’t like to work there. You have to find your car “somewhere” on the street; you have to wait a lot on that office until he gives you the keys…. Anyway, I’d prefer to get the car on another non-cheap company instead of this one

The agent in the downtown need to learn how to talk to clients (and to people in general). They talk to you like they do you a favor that you bring them bisunness. Disgusting attitude. They stil stuck in their soviet mind set
