Very professional company and communicate with me at my new flat in a timely manner. Recently, I have signed a lease for a flat with the company, through its agent Pavel Černek. Pavel has answered all my questions kindly and has been reasonable in dealing with my requests and explaining everything necessary in the process. So far, everything has gone reasonably well and I can recommend both the company and, especially, Pavel's management.

0 professionals and terrible service, I agreed a meeting to see a flat in Minska street with this guy Petr V., 30 minutes before the meeting he called me to cancel that, he was swearing while telling me he couldn't make it and asking me to postpone it, we agreed different day, I showed up at the hour agreed I called him, he said in a minute will be there, he never showed up. People, don't waste your time with this company and their services.

An extremely professional agency TvůjSprávce s.r.o and especially Pavel Canek . He is a very professional and warm gentleman and gave all the accurate information from the very beginning.We were looking to rent a property and came across a very nice property in Prague 3. Firstly, the renting procedure is very hectic and most of the advert text is very depressing. In this advert however, the text itself brought instant smile and liking. Under the Pet's clause it was written : Dogs

The worst company ever !!!1. They tried to cheat me with the price.2. Their employee blocked me on messenger3. The apartment was not clean at allThey don't care about the people, they just want to take money from you. SCAMMERSDon't reed their answer they are laying, I can send photos of how was the apartment !!!!Everything was broken and dirty (Beds, tables, wardrobes ......)It took two weeks to come and clean, But I have to cleaning myself before, also the people that lived there before were passed off of this company.The owner of the company told me that I was lucky because my bed didn't had bugs !!!

Very good experience with this company so far. Very detailed contract with all necessary information given. They have a checklist to verify the state of the apartment and step by step you can verify every possible defects so that you are not in charge for those afterwards.Good experience with the support team, you put a question and you receive feedback in short notice.

Just prevent yourself from this company. When I signed the contract they just pretended that it’s a flat for living. But actually in the contract the subject for rent is NON LIVING subject! Isn’t it a big LIE? Just because I’m foreigner, I don’t speak czech and I am supposed to be cheated by this company?

Pavel Čaněk was extremely helpful and informative - this guy showed me the apartment and helped me move in within 7 days. He even helped me with the luggage on the day of the move.If there were 6 stars in ratings, I'd happily give them to Pavel.
