Budget

Cars are clean, price is cheapest and service is OK. But I had to wait 2 weeks to get my 20.000 CZK (800 Euros) deposit back. I send email to customer service and no reply at all. So think one more time if you’re OK with such situation. And this is not related with your bank, I hired cars many times in Prague and this was the longest time I waited to get my money back.

Not good service unfortunatelyrRentalcarThey cancelled my reservation without any notices despite the fact that they deducted money from the card and the reservation was still active in their application.I found out this when I came to pick up the car.They offered me to book the same car at double price.So, I spent a lot of time there.I wouldn't recommend to use their service.

I read all the reviews of the Budget car rental after I had booked my ride from Prague to Bratislava and back last month. Thankfully, my experience turned out to be a pleasant one. I was given a free upgrade to a car from higher category without additional cost. Car was super clean, almost new (2500km on the odometer) and in top running condition. Dropped it back safe and sound. They inspected the car in and out and refunded the security deposit in a week. Thanks. I hope my future bookings too will be as good as the previous one....

Very good service. Only 10 mins of paperwork then I get my car keys. The car I rent was a Skoda Citygo (Volkswagen Go) is clean and in good condition and only 30 Euro for 24 hrs (I pay another 35 euro for full Insurances). Only drawback was the carpark. It took me some time to locate the car! (Photo was taken on the return point)

Unfortunately I can't give zero star. This was one of the worst service experiences in my life. Arrogant guy without any interest in customers. We ask for a car for the weekend, but because of this behaviour we left the shop without any car. I can recommend Rent car plus in the centre instead. I suggest to Budget company to close the branch.

Overall I always have a positive experience with this Budget location. Cars are usually not the newest (but certainly not old either), they are clean and decently priced. A no-nonsense car rental agency.

Rude and aggressive personnel. Ladislav Trousil should be kept away from people to not further damage brand reputation.

Worst car rental experience we have ever had! My husband asked where the car was and he was given a terrible look, just saying, you find it yourself, look at the key, it has the registration plate on it and go and find it. We asked but how about inspections and he told us to just make a video. Completely shocked to say the least!!!The baby car seat was a complete complete disgrace!!!! Full of dust, old food, rust and vomit! How could you??? I swear I have seen better looking car seats along the trash bin that that! See images!

• Good experience in this car rental company : easy online booking, no hidden costs or desagreeable surprise, short waiting time and quick service at the counter, no pushy upselling and an nice extra tip: a loop video displaying how to walk to the parking lot. Just film it with you smartphone and you're set easy-peasy.We got upgraded for free on an automatic station-wagon Skoda Fabia.There was someone cleaning and checking the cars at the parking land in case we had to mention any additional damage at the check-out.• The bad point is the lack of information about changes and unexpected events, such as maximum delay to pick-up the car if we're late, parking fines or speeding fines : I couldn't find anything about it on the website, neither the rental agreement paper and it happened we had one of these.Edit : I called the reservation center and had all the information I wish.

I had no any issues with their service. I've spent approx 40 minutes to pick up a car. It was not easy to find both the office and car parking. I wish to have them better directions somewhere to find office and parking. The car was new (literally new) and better than I booked. Car return was fast. I had an issue with fuel indicator which didn't show that it is full, but I provide the receipt from nearest gas station and it was accepted. Funds on credit card were unblocked in approx 10 days.
