If you're in the Křižíkova or Karlin area where you can cross through the tunnel, Taiko Restaurant is a must-try for a quick and satisfying lunch. The restaurant may look small from the outside, but inside you'll find a spacious basement that can accommodate a large number of guests. Even if the restaurant isn't crowded when you arrive, don't be discouraged; many people order food for delivery from Taiko.One of the standout features of Taiko is their menu, it is limited but it is exactly what I find comforting that I don't have to go through many pages. It offers a short list that are all delicious. Whether you prefer a classic bowl of ramen or something more adventurous, they have you covered. I've tried a variety of dishes, including the savory chicken ramen and the spicy miso ramen, and everything has been consistently delicious. You should also check out their drink menu, where you may recognize some references to anime.In addition to their main dishes, Taiko's starters are also noteworthy. Whether you're looking for something light and crunchy like gyoza or something more substantial like crispy fried chicken, they have options that will satisfy any craving. To complement further, the drinks are also impressive. Amazing atmosphere, delicious food and kind staff. You couldn't ask for better. When I entered the shop I was immediately comforted by a warm welcome. They seated me and were really kind. The menus are well designed and even have hand drawings from some of the popular animes.The overall experience made me feel really great and at home. Definetly coming back here.

Taste! Atmosphere!Your know this place sometime was visited by Keanu Reeves ☝️ I think it's the mark like something special. May be it was random, but may be he has good recommendation.I will return to Taiko again.Menu for drinks: The notebook deaths is genius!

Great place with friendly staff and tasty food. Vegan ramen was good but this japanese curry will certainly make us come back to Prague - incredible flavors and texture, highly recommend it!

There's something special about Taiko. It hast great Karaage, with a amazing home made spicy mayo and the best Ramen in Europe I've ever had and I had quiet a few. It's a must go for me when I'm in Prague. Flawless! My favorite is the Spicy Miso Tonkotsu.

I really like this place bcs of atmosphere and welcoming kind service. Unfortunately food is not on the same level, especially with ramen. I know it's Prague and my expectations are not really high, but still. Shoyu ramen is so light, that's merely just straight forward underseasoned, no shoyu tare traces at all. Shiitake unseasoned and served with stems, rly? I must say noodles was great and you should try their Tori paitan. But I am hopping that this beautiful shop will care more about their food.

I just have this shoyu ramen photo. I also got the takoyaki and plum juice. Both are also pretty good. The staff are nice and the vibe of the restaurant makes me feel like I am in Osaka! You need to go when you’re in the area.

Simply the best ramen in Prague! I am always in seventh heaven in this restaurant. The food is simply perfect made from top quality ingredients and everyone one can pick from wide selection of dishes in the menu. I highly recommend vegetarian options! :) the staff is always friendly but professional and very fast in the same time.

The food was delicious and service on the level. Ramen was just perfect, and while you wait for it, please - just order their gyoza, you wont regret :)Anime fans will find couple of original wall posters - i was very jealous!For families with baby strollers it would be a bit challenging to stop by this place, but still more than enough space if you go downstairs on underground flour of restaurant.
