I ordered the Prague cake for my partner, to be delivered at our hotel! When we checked into our room there it was in all its glory. Amazing customer service, and needless to say the cake it delicious. Highly recommended

Absolutely delish cake. I had order a minion themed cake for my son with custom made filling and flavours. It was spot on. The softness, sweetness everything was very very nice. I highly recommend this bakery. It was my first time and we are delighted. My son who doesn’t eat too much sweets, ate his whole piece and the fondant too. Thank you so much team Dortini for making our birthday special.

It is very easy to order cake through their website. Afterwards, the communication was via whatsapp which is very convenient. As for the cake itself, I must admit that I was surprised; very good models (kittens) and taste. The owner is kind and takes his job seriously. I recommend this place. Cheers.

I just want to share my positive experience. Customer service is above and beyond amazing; the cake was so delicious and you feel that it’s made with high quality ingredients. I had custom made cake. Look and design was even way better than I have expected. So much effort was put on finalizing details. I definitely recommend this place without any hesitation or doubt.

I ordered birthday cake from abroad for my man in Prague in the morning through What’s App before the shop opened, the response was fast and friendly. I think it was the owner who replied me. They sent the cake on time at around lunch time, and sent me the picture of the cake before delivery as per my request. Price is reasonable. Payment is easy, it was made through paypal and the taste of the cake is great. I had great experience to order cake here.

Absolutely amazing service! Couldn’t believe it. I’ve burnt a cake for a birthday party and ordered very last minute from Dortini. Not only it was a last minute call before closing, but they actually delivered the cake within 45 minutes! Thanks guys!
