Quick delivery within 1-2 days. They charge around 50 kč for shipping to this point, though. Nice place to get your Polaroid film and looots of other stuff. Reasonable prices and promotions from time to time.

Horrible experience. Bought a trimmer a day ago. The pack was unsealed and i was convinced that it was due to transportation and all. After reaching home, i understand that it was a defect piece. And without giving the refund, I was asked to go to a different Alza store. Ridiculous.. Not going to be Alza customer anymore!!

The employees working there are great. Just the store is too small and during the pandemic was a hustle to pick up something. Now they have a feature called Skip the line in their app and made things much easier.

My order did not arrived as it was scheduled. The shop representatives were unable to tell me when it will come , or just do not care. wasted 2 hours to wait and was forced to cancel my order.In normal countries, compensation or a reduction in price is always offered in this case. But not here. Bad commercial practice that does not benefit customers. This approach is most common to Chinese cheaper sellers. Never again Alza.

Confidently located by the big shipping mall. If you are already parked on the top or on the underground, do not drive there. It's only a minute walk from everywhere from the center. There are only few parking places in front and they are usually full. The store is small, few things can be purchased at the spot, rest need to be ordered prior. Usual good service

I asked some advice and they were very helpful. I find this store in brno to be more knowledgeable and helpful than others. Especially they are helpful with international customers.It was refreshing to have a good experience with them after a bad experience with another store of the same chain in another city.

Good e-shop with avarege prices. Somewhere you can find cheapest things but at Alza has fastest delivery and good service. Also possible to get order and at weekends, but for shipping to some giveaway point you need to pay 2-3 euro. The bad points what before Christmas big traffic at giveaway and also hard to find free parking place in front of shop. I had to give back motherboard after one year bcs it was broken. They took it back for making research about reason and after one month gave me money back. So I'm enjoyed about services. Anyway it's comfortable to order things at one place =)

Very friendly staff when I visited. Returned two cables and also bought a few other items. Great if you want to order and collect, or just pop in for something in stock.

Takes you a moment to figure out how to order your item out, makes one wish they would put Up sign in English to make it easier for non czech speakers

Staff speaks English, and they are always nice and helpful. You can usually find parking in the front, they also have a pick up point for big packages in the Tesco parking lot.
