Nice drinks with the view over the Vltava River if we decide to sit outside. The sink in the toilet is quite unique and barely visible, but it is there on the left to the water closet in the same room :) there is also a button to turn on the light in the sink. Service was very present and fast. 9ÍTKA is quite spacious inside and the location itself is interesting as well.

My first choice on this side of Naplavka. Great atmosphere, calm & cosy all the year round.This summer they have outdoor seats not only on the embankment but also on a pontoon fully equipped with nice tables and a lovely view.Great service and a very welcoming owner with good English.

Very exciting place, I didn't notice the entrance, felt like the lady sitting on entrance didn't want me to go in, and had to Provence her taht I have reservation, quite odd personally, they look scarred when you speak english

Cute place, but prices online in their menu and what you are charged are. Completely different. They charge you for ice and warm foods are actually cold. Waitresses are nice though.

The bar is in a nice location and looks very cool. When we asked if it was possible to pay by card since it was our first time there, they said it was possible. However, when we were leaving, we were warned that we couldn't pay by card for less than 100 czk, and we were told that we could only pay by card if we paid an extra 6 czk, which is ridiculous. It's sad to still see these kind of absurd and embarrassing behaviors in Prague. Apart from this, while we were drinking our drinks, we were repeatedly unpleasantly reminded by the waiter if we wanted to drink something else, even though we had not even finished half of our drinks, and the style of this question seemed to be not for customer satisfaction.

the service was horrible, slow and do not care attitude waiters and waitresses, the level of arrogance the counter girl was beyond my imagination, my drink costed 43kc, i paid her 100kc, she just gave us 50kc back without change, i dont mind to give tip, but without any notice or asking nicely?? not even talking about that, she knew that our table didn’t get menu for 10mins, being a waitress myself, i feel so ashamed!!!22:04 12.7. hruza!!!

Drinks and view is great, however service is horrible. First waitress forgot to bring lemonade we ordered, was very unfriendly when we asked to finally bring it. We ordered shisha and we’re smoking it for hour (maybe more) drinking lemonade, then hostess came and ask us to leave because we are not ordering anything else and they are not making money from hookah so we cannot stay. When we try to explain that I even didn’t finish my drink lady commented that we also probably not working for free. The last comment was about “drink from other restaurant” which we had on the table, however it was just empty (!) cup of take-away coffee which we didn’t throw out.Very nice place, but it’s the worst staff I met in Prague. The concept with shisha is also messed up - if you don’t want people to stay there to smoke, don’t sell it.

This is one of my favorite places to sit and have either a beer, lemonade or coffee on the river while people watching. It beats the crowds on main side of Na Plavka. Karel also runs a tight ship with good prices and service. I highly recommend.
