Lovely place and display. A little posh and expensive, as well. Unfortunately the staff is not the best trained nor the kindest. I have drunk cold cappuccinos from the espresso that was just waiting not to be discarded and a couple of times, the coffee tasted like “burnt” probably because it was sitting there for a long time, as well.

I accept that the allergen list could’ve been in the back somewhere. There was, to my knowledge, butter on a bagel I was told had no milk products. I am sorry you feel there wasn’t. I wouldn’t mischaracterize my allergies. I was clear I was very allergic to all milk products. I didn’t say just cheese or ask if it was vegan because I’m a vegan. I’m not a vegan and I thought clearly that question relates to whether or not the item has dairy products. I’m sorry for that small misunderstanding. I did make clear what my allergies were and the male employee on the phone confirmed the bagel has butter. There is no way to 100% prove either side of this. Still, I stand by the main point. This is to simplify my review. I don’t recommend this place to those with serious allergies. I have been honest in my review and all I wanted was fair treatment which I didn’t get. This matter can be considered closed.
