The room was nice and clean. The Hotel staff was very helpful. And the location was convenient. I would come back again for my next visit to Prague. Muchas Gracias!

Small double room but nice and clean. Soft white towels. Only one pillow but asked for an extra one at reception and it was in the room when we got back. Very pleasant helpful staff. Good location. Breakfast was continental style but plenty to choose from. Fruit, yoghurt, various breads and meats. Cheese, pastries, cereals, hot drinks, fruit juice and water. No complaints from us. Don't expect an English breakfast.... you're not in England!! Found Prague a little expensive but hey ho we were on holiday. We spent about £700 over 4 nights, 3 days and that was mostly on food and drinks. Local hotel tax was 50 krowns a night each.Taxi from airport to hotel was 970 but going back we booked through hotel and it was only 750 so worth doing it.All in all we enjoyed it but we're knackered with all the walking. It's a beautiful city.

I don’t know why people are moaning at this place? Really good for the money breakfast fresh (maybe a few more options) room really clean with good bathroom facilities and decent sized room, 25 min walk from Old Town with Ubers only being around 3-4 euro, plus get a free two hours in the gym and swimming pool next door in a different hotel if you ask at reception. Quiet and peaceful perfect for a few days away.

Hotel is in the new town area. Not a bad location once you get your bearings. Rooms are very basic. No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. You can purchase refreshments at Reception. Continental breakfast is the usual ham, cheese, pastries. Scrambled eggs & sausages were not nice. Restaurant is closed but you can eat at the Novotel next door where you can request 20% discount on your evening meal if you tell them you are staying at the Ibis. Novotel has a pool you can use which is a nice touch. Don't think we would stay here again.

Unfortunately, this is not the ibis hotel that remained comfortable and at the same time budget in my memory. When checking in, I indicated a late check out and was fully sure that I paid for it, but on the last day it turned out that the administrator did not take it into account. I'm afraid to imagine what would have happened if I hadn't asked, because I was on a working trip. In all 5 days, my key was changed three times because it didn't work. A drunk man was sleeping in the hallway. What kind of service is this? From a pleasant breakfast time

the room is tiny so we had to get 2 rooms. in our room, (233) the water fauset was so powerful that it bounced off the sink onto the floor. the shower was hard to use because the water was either extremely hot or extremely cold. the best thing about the hotel was that the breakfast was good.

Overall a good experience; the hotel never felt too far away from the great food and beautiful landmarks surrounding the area. The room obviously wasn’t 5-star level, but still allowed us to regain energy for the next day. My only real gripe is that the window was blocked from opening any further than a slight crack but beyond that the room was solid. For anyone looking to not break the budget, this place will definitely do the trick.The service was remarkable and I would like to give special thanks to Katka for her amazing assistance, making sure we were taken care of and always answering our questions with a smile!

The room was basic but good enough and clean. The bed was comfortable. It would have been nice if there had been coffee and tea facilities in the room, but it wasn't a drama that they weren't there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a 20-minute walk away from the old town, but public transport is near too.. A taxi from the old town was around 170 Czeck crown (£6).
