This has been the worst experience with a courrier I have had. First, they didn't comply with the dates. I waited over 3 weeks to get the package. I got the package yesterday, and it is not my package. You were supposed to pick up my Passport and instead I got delivered a cake. Now you are not answering my emails. I am beyond words. This is really like a bad joke.

Zaslat makes sending packages abroad simple and a lot cheaper than going direct to the carriers as an individual customer. I like being able to choose from several companies and am usually pleasantly surprised by the price of at least one.

Zaslat service platform is great, accurate most of the times, pricing is also good and very convenient in general. The courrier company, in this case GLS, not so much. Why? a) No timely updates in their tracking system, b) The ETA was over due and no notification on when was going to be the new one, c) The box seems got bit up quite a bit.

Delivery from Warsaw to Bratislava. Everyone is OK! Since we packed the parcel incorrectly, the courier had to come twice! Thanks for this! Online support is top-notch. The parcel arrived on time. Thanks a lot for your great work!

The worst delivery company in the Shrek Republik. They stole the package, fake documents to show it was delivered (to a man instead of the woman I sent) forced me to fill-out 100 forms to reclaim, but eventually they always found something to not to pay.

I terms of Zaslat.cs all good.But try to avoid selecting DPD as an option, their service is not great at all. Not picking up the parcels in time and have rude people in the support team.
