Nice place but customer service is not ideal. The entry system feels more like prison control especially if something is not right with your card.

Great place. Not crowded. Modern. Clean. Great staff. Always smiling.

The gym is new and nice. You can use anytime the multisportcard.The staff is friendly. It is possible to borrow the towels: small -25kc, big- 35. No need to bring any locker. There is a hairdryer, basic things to remove the make up. For ladies might be uncomfortable to take a shower as there is only one shower hose (from 3), so bring a shower cap :)

Nice gym. Only real downsides are the maintenance and cleaning of the locker room and the obnoxious music. for such a long time (months) soap devices are hanging with screws exposed out of the walls in the showers as well as the soap holders, completely bent and detached from the wall. shame for such a small fix.Music can give you a headache in just a few seconds. extremely loud and unpleasant not so boutique.. Pump is perfect for a gym but could use some hip hop or beats (15 decibels lower).Other than that, Good gym mostly if you are not into big diversity and like smaller gyms.

Nice, small, very clean gym. Reservation system was actually a great idea. 1,5h limit though is too small (incl. shower etc.)And pleaaase hang a proper boxing bag

This place is truly PARADISE for me. I am truly excited and grateful that we have such a fantastic GYM in Karlin. Everything is new, luxurious and well equipped. Cleaning lady is running around and keep everything super clean. The New TechnoGym equipment is beyond all expectations, especially the BIG SCREEN running machines with NETFLIX, etc. View into green space. BIG SHOWERS. Truly PARADISE. Would highly recommend it.

Tried to get a workout in here while visiting Prague but could not figure out how to get access from their website / app now that they’ve apparently moved to an all digital process.It seems like a nice enough gym (through the front door) and certainly in a fancy enough spot to earn the boutique name but I must have missed something with their app. Obviously single use isn’t the most common experience but hopefully they’ll add more instructions in the future for new customers.I found another gym down the street instead.

I was there because of the reviews, but I didn't really like it. It's not the gym or the machines, it's the service. I was there for the first time and for the last time. In the reviews they wrote that the gym is in a luxury class, but the service of the staff is a million times worse than in a regular fitness center. I came in with a multisport card, the girl sour face checked me in as if she works there to provide for me, lol. After that, I don't want to work out there at all...The girl did not offer me any water, or a towel, although I needed it ... in short, a complete disappointment ...Better to keep going to fitness max even if it's always half of Prague. Lol

I love this gym very much. it may seem that it is small, but there are enough trainers for the number of clients. very nice design of the gym, lovely staff.
