Hotel Passage
I was dissapointed with the service of this hotel, would not recommend.I was promised packed breakfast (wrote an email few days ahead, and was assured it is possible to do so). When I arrived, I again specified I need breakfast package prepared on 6.30 in the morning the folowing day. But when I arrived to pick up the package the receptionist said it was not prepared yet. In the end kitchend staff said they were not notified and I had to pack it myself... since I did not have much time and I was in rush (had to grab few things and had to go) - I do not think this situation acceptable! Especialy with how much I paid for the breakfast.I am avare its not standard procedure, and people make mistakes, but the fact, that they gave me bottled water (in glass might I add) where one bottle was already opened and drank from (this I found out after I finaly made it to my destination and had time to eat) - I was very furious! For 4 star hotel this is not suitable service.So yeah, if you just want a place to spend the night, this is great place, its kinda close to the city centre, rooms are spacious, they even give you slippers. But for non-standard services I recommed to look elsewhere.

Modern hotel close to the city center. The restaurant downstairs is quite nice and well supplied wine-wise. The staff is great, very knowledgable and polite. If you have the chance, opt for a room not facing the street which is very busy and noisy.

Everything is new. Clean rooms. Nice stuff. We had a room to the court, so it was really quiet.

Really enjoyed it. Spacious room, nicely decorated in a minimalist Scandinavian style. Tasty breakfast. I also really appreciated their eco-friendly and sustainable approach, not much waste, no single-use plastics. Well done, would stay again.

Wow, what a fantastic hotel, just a short walk from the town centre. Room was beautiful and having an iron and ironing board in the room was an added bonus. Breakfast had a great choice to suit everyone. Also had meetings in the hotel in one of the suites and service provided in getting the tech set up was faultless. Morning snack and lunch was provided and was beautifully presented and very tasty. Can't wait to come back again, we felt really looked after.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was quiet and the breakfast was delicious.Some rooms face the street, and in that case they are a little noisy. If that's a concern, then I'd ask for a room facing the interior courtyard.Highly recommended!

Nice modern hotel. Went for a conference. Food is delicious. Great breakfast buffet. Well located, about 5 or 10 min from the old town on foot. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is very comfortable and modern and well run (the conference facilities are excellent). I had a great room on the 7th floor which even although it was on the street side was very quiet. The only downside for myself as a vegan is that the restaurant is not vegetarian (never mind vegan) friendly. The breakfast gave enough choice but there were almost no plant based products (milks, etc.) and more fruit would have been great. It wasn't a big issue as there are some excellent vegan places in the city but meant I didn't use the restaurant at all.
